Description
St Andrews Cathedral was once Scotland's largest and most impressive medieval church and was once the headquarters of the roman Cathoic Church in Scotland. The relics of St Andrew, were said to be kept here. After the Pritestant Reformation, the cathedral was abandoned in 1561 and allowed to fall into ruin.
